Chaucer, Geoffrey - The Canterbury Tales, translated by Neville Coghill and profusely illustrated by the illustrator and graphic designer Charles Mozley, an unsewn bi-folio Atlas Folio set. A limited edition of 1000 sets were produced of which less than 200 complete sets survive. Privately commissioned by John Deuss printed on handmade paper, Westerham Press and Pennington Fine Art Lithographers of London. Each set comprises eight tales cased in four gilt titled cloth covers with quarter cloth spines tied by matching ribbons. Each cover is 590 mm (23.5 inches) tall and 420 mm (16.5 inches) wide.
