Condition:
Honest condition now in need of some restoration, the case is of a good reddish brown dark mahogany tone, finial oxidised, front left corner of the case broken away and missing, one handled damaged with its ring missing, ebonised stringing around the edges of the brass inset sections to the front of the case, now with sections of ebony missing, brass all present but oxidised, dial dirty and chipped but looks original, hands look original, brass banding springing away from the left lower side of the case, further brass work missing completely from around the top frieze of the case, feet look original but oxidised, front door locked shut with no key present, back door with damage to the left side and lower left corner broken and missing, unsigned movement looks complete but not tested for timekeeping, comes with what looks to be the original adjustable pendulum.
