Image with white hull ship on light white paper, colours good, acid stained around the mount, most notable near the top left corner, colours probably a little faded but still retaining fair strength, one or two small scattered dirt specks, overall good order.
Companion has a duller light buffish tone to the paper and is painted in more sombre colours, acid stained around the margin, colours no doubt somewhat faded but still remain strong, one or two small scattered dirt specks, both housed in oldish washline mounts and slim gilt frames.
