Watercolour on paper which looks rather flat and may well be laid down, overall a slightly buff tone to the work and perhaps a hint of acid staining showing as a vertical band just left of centre although this is rather feint along with a few small scattered fox marks, colours certainly faded down a little but the blues remain strong, signed and dated lower right, in an old gilt card mount and flower embossed frame which is a little rubbed.
