The chevron pattern jar and cover has some repainting of the black to the frieze at the top and to a triangle coming from the lower band, the cover is also a poor fit and too small, there is fine crazing to the glaze on the interior and some staining to the edge of the base.
The shallow vase in gilt and black has some slight wear t the edges and has pattern no.3846 to the base is in good condition.
The inkwell with the three fin shaped feet is heavily crazed all over and has some cracks to the top and a large area of restoration to the rim which is quite messily done
The matching circular pair of dishes - one has definitely had the orange banding repainted to the top and there is other signs of oversprayed restoration front and back, the second matching circular dish has some fine crazing to the glaze all over and small areas of staining otherwise in reasonable condition.
Cube shaped ashtray which was made for Lewis of Westminster has fine crazing to the glaze all over but has some retouching to the black enamels on the sides.
