Attributed to Nathaniel Hone (1718-1784) a portrait miniature brooch, the 18th century inset enamel on copper portrait of a young lady mounted and backed in yellow metal, bordered in seed pearls, initialled and dated NH, 1762, 22mm.

Condition:
Possible repair to the enamel at 4 o'clock just below the initials and date?? Minor surface scratches to the back of the brooch. Overall condition is otherwise good, commensurate with age and mild use.
