Oil on canvas cleaned and restored 30 - 40 years ago or so, paint remains in good order but with a fine stable craquelure running throughout, red drapery and details of both hair and costume all look to have been re-touched at some point, housed in a period gold painted carved wood frame, old Christie's and Edmiston's Ltd labels verso.
