Believed to be dated 1841 rather than 1849.
Watercolour, gouache and pastel, on paper which is showing some slight undulation, colours remain strong with a number of tiny scattered dirt specks throughout the work, signed, titled and dated lower left in a thin hand, housed in a later card mount and glazed burr wood frame.
