Watercolour on paper, colours remain strong, unpainted ground paper looks a little discoloured with a peachy beige tone, fine dirt and fox speckling scattered throughout the work, not signed, comes for sale from a private collection, is said to have been seen by Constable experts and regarded as authentic however there is no formal authentication currently with the work, under glass in a fairly modern gilt frame which has a few chips to the corners.
