Watercolour with a little coloured chalk on paper which shows some slight undulation so is thought not to be laid down, one or two tiny dirt marks but overall in good order, colours fairly strong so thought not to be faded.
A McE signature in the lower left corner which is the basis of the attribution as there are no other details or provenance known for this work.
