Condition:
The surface of the brass is blemished in places and there are numerous tiny nicks to the top of the cover. There are also a few minor dings in places. There is a small gap between the brass cover and the silver rim across the back (sprung loose?) and each end of the silver rim is bent slightly. Two pieces of lead solder to one corner of the interior rim?? Chip to the underside of the wooden base. Each mask foot is hallmarked. One rivet missing from two of the brass corners of the base. Small split to the silver on the back left corner close to the cover hinge. Hallmarks clear.
