An unusual Liverpool porcelain polychrome bowl, third quarter 18th century, painted in saltglaze style with Chinese style flowers and rockwork to the exterior, flower reserves and diaper band to the interior, 18.5cm

Few small patches of burnt biscuit on top rim and slight speckling on one side on exterior. Some scratching and slight wear to enamels on interior. Lighter scratching on exterior. Theres a "bruise" to the exterior edge of bowl and possibly a splinter chip thats been restuck with a short hairline crack extending downward. Under the base you can see the pooling of the blue glaze and a smudged of the grey/aubergine enamel.
