An unusual Chinese cinnabar lacquer ‘thousand flower’ footed dish, 18th/19th century, finely carved in high relief to the interior and the underside with multiple flowers, leaves and tendrils on a keywork ground, the inside of the foot plain, 20.1cm diameter, 6.1cm high, some restoration to edge of foot

Condition:
Typical short fine cracks to the lacquer on the edge consistent with age, some areas of restoration to the edge of the foot, and a hint of retouching to the rim, otherwise checked under UV light and no other restoration detected.
