Rich, ripe, round and supple its warm velvety palate come with balanced acidity and a huge whack of blackberry/blueberry fruit, dark chocolate and savoury notes from the oak. The tannins are high quality and chalky with after ageing in 33 percent, 300-litre new French oak hogshead. Terrific styling and delicious drinking.
