An enamel and seed pearl ring, circa 1800, set with a scrolled motif in gold, possibly a stylised 'A', to a ground of blue and white enamel, within a border of split seed pearls, mounted in gold, the reverse inscribed A.Younger died 3.March 1800 aged 72, size O, gross weight approximately 4 grams

Likely missing a glazed cover to the enamel and letter. Gold letter likely an A, referring to the first name of the deceased, but indistinct, possibly missing a section. Enamel in good condition. Pearls untested, with minor discoloration. Band is open and folded over rather than joined in a single band.
