An early to mid 20th century 18ct gold Vacheron & Constantin open faced keyless lever dress pocket watch, with Arabic dial, subsidiary seconds and signed 18ct gold dust cover and signed movement numbered 394139, case back with engraved monogram (tired), case diameter 46mm, gross weight 60 grams.

Condition:
Quite poor condition. Small dents to the back and side of the case. Inner dust cover has a small dent also. Engraved monogram is tired. Dial has hairline cracks from central pivot to dial edge between 112 & 1. Hairline crack to the dial between 4 & 5 also. Some scratches to the dial cover. Watch ticks when wound and the hands adjust.
