This looks to have once been the top of a chest on chest, the top is made up of five sections of old veneered timbers which now undulate and show some splitting as well as wear and signs of damage from use, drawers have original handles and locks but no key, fronts of drawers bulge outward slightly, a number of small pieces of veneer are missing around the front.
