An early Victorian silver salver, by Paul Storr, of shaped circular form, with shell and scroll border and engraved foliate scroll decoration, on four pierced scroll feet, the base with contemporary engraved inscription 'A Memorial Bequeathed To Mary Calquhoun By Her Beloved Uncle James Dalziel Esquire M.D. R.N. MDCCCXXXVII', London, 1837, diameter 33.5cm, 37.8oz.

Condition:
Minor surface scratches to the top and base. There is some wear to the engraved decoration to the top of the salver in places. Some slight wear to the decoration around the border in places also. Overall condition is otherwise good, commensurate with age and some use. Hallmarks clear, but with some slight rubbing to the maker's mark.
