An early Victorian mahogany pedestal desk, with tooled skiver and central S.Mordan & Co drawer lock controlling all nine drawers, on plinth feet, 4ft 6in. x 2ft 6in. H. 2ft 5.5in.

Overall fair to good condition, good rich reddish m,ahogany tone. Skiver worn esp. at the front. One repaired crack at the back of the top which could be improved on. key works the lock and releases the left side drawers but not the right. Some attention needed probably to the release spring?
Back of desk a little faded.
