There is an old repair to the interior rim of the lid close to the hinge (visible solder). There is also a small ding to the interior rim of the lid. The lid doesn't quite close flush with the main body. The handle may be a later replacement. The engraved armorial is a little tired and there is an engraved monogram at the top of the cartouche. Ther are quite a few small bumps/dings around the belly area but nothing too serious. Overall condition is otherwise good. Hallmarks on base and lid clear, but wioth some slight rubbing to the lion mark.
