the heart shaped moonstone bordered by diamond and garnets and similar set bale, 33mm, gross weight 10 grams, in fitted gilt tooled brown leather box.

Condition:
Old brooch attachment verso, possibly been adapted from another piece of jewellery or belonged to something larger. A couple of tiny nicks to the moonstone and almost all the garnets exhibit wear to the facet edges.
