An early 20th century gold, four stone ruby and four stone diamond set brooch (adapted), of quatrefoil shape, 23mm, gross weight 6.5 grams.

Condition:
Piece has been adapted form something else. Visible solder to underside in all four corners and there are also four small holes in the corners, which appears to be part of construction. Wear to the facet edges on all rubies. One diamond has a large chip to the crown area and a small chip to the table facet.
