An early 20th century Scottish basket hilt broad sword, with 32 inch etched blade and steel scabbard, overall 40.5in.

Brass bound grip is not fishskin or shagreen it appears to be more like a snakeskin.
Scabbard reasonable condition with a few lightly rusting areas but no dents or breaks. The pierced basket has areas of light rusting, the orange fabric backing is quitye faded in areas and a couple of small tears to fabric. Blade has few minor areas of light rusting. Overall reasonable condition.
