Stamped 18ct and the number 272. The gold is quite tarnished around the setting. Setting gennerally in good order commensurate with age and use. One of the diamonds has a small chip to the edge of the table facet and one other has a small chip on the table facet. Gross weight 3.7 grams. Largest sapphire is approximately 6mm in diameter with a depth of 2.6mm.
