An early 19th century French or Swiss gold and enamel chatelaine, hung with eleven assorted accoutrements,
including gold, enamel and rose cut diamond set combination pill box/fob watch, articulated mother of pearl figure(leg missing), diamond and bloodstone set banded agate blackamoor seal, with carved housefly matrix, articulated enamelled fighting cocks watch keys and other charms, with engraved initial and floral motif verso, 19.2cm, gross weight 66 grams.

Condition:
Some slight damage to the enamel panel at the top. Small chips to the key hold on the dial of the fob watch and there is a tiny rose cut diamond missing. Small piece of lead solder at the base of the bell shaped charm?? possibly something now missing?? Some enamelled beading missing from one of the watch keys. One leg missing? from the mother of pearl figure. Some very minor damage/loss to the enamel on some of the small charms, otherwise in relatively good order, commensurate with age and some use.
