An early 18th century crossbanded cabinet on chest, with two doors enclosing a central drawer flanked by eight small drawers, W.3ft D.1ft 9in. H.5ft 6in.

The upper door fronts are very crazed with splits and cracks to the veneer, also the drawer fronts have similar issues but not as bad as the two doors, large piece of the moulding from just above the right small drawer, the right side of the cornice is fragmented somewhat, some veneer missing to the bottom left top side panel and also moulding missing along the base of the top left side panel, bare wood visible underneath, quite a lot of wear and minor damage to the moulding top rail of the vase and right side, visible old worm holes to the left foot front, interior - some minor cracking to veneers on drawer fronts, large piece of the moulding on the right side upright of the inteiror missing, both doors are a little warped, minor damage to the top rail on the front, brass escutheon on top right drawers loose, overall average / poor condition.
