An antique gold and Roman? sardonyx cameo set oval ring, the cameo carved with the head of a man, size L.

There are numerous light surface scratches to the gold and the back of the stone. Shank possibly re-sized. There is a small chip to the white stone to left of chin. Tiny chip to orange stone at 3 o'clock along with two visible small hairline cracks to the edge.
