An French heavy cavalry sword, with brass basket hilt and steel scabbard, signed on the blade Manufrs Res du Klingenthal Mars 1815, overall length 46in.

Good honest condition, brass hilt with minor dents, leather grip worn and lacking most of the wire wrapping, scabbard a little oxidised, blade looks good.
No dents to scabbard, serial number on guard '11' and '13', serial number on scabbard '182', scabbard is straight, blade slightly bent toward tip, blade 97cm scabbard 100.5cm
No pommel jiggle
