An English 19th century, highly ornate hand quilted English bedcover. Designed using alternating stripes, in a plain pink and a small printed floral cotton, then finishing with two borders of a darker minute spot floral cotton. Backed in a plain off white cotton. 244cm x 204cm. Condition - the cottons and quilt are strong, there is some very light fading on end from the sun, and a small mark to one edge. The back has a few marks, acceptable for age and use
