There is no key present but the watch is currently ticking. Outside diameter of the case is 5cm. Maker's mark on the case JB. There is a very small crack on the dial between 6 and 7 running from the seconds dial to the outer rim. There is also a chip to the edge of the dial between 1 and 2. Hinges work fine
