An Edwardian gold and Essex crystal oval fob pendant, commemorating the 1903 Paris-Madrid car race, organised by the Automobile Club de France, the car depicted suggested to be car 99, the Mercedes driven by Henri Rougie, who finished 11th, (the race was abandoned after day one due to eleven fatalities), engraved verso 'No.99 Paris-Madrid, 1903', 16mm by 14mm.
