The pin is a slightly different so possibly not original, peridot has a minor nick to one of the facet edges, pearls appear to be in generally good condition, apart from the odd ripple effects, stamped on the reverse 15ct.
Probably a drop is missing (there is a loop at the bottom - might be for a safety chain) weighs 5.4g.
