An Art Nouveau synthetic ruby and diamond ring, early 20th century, centring on an oval synthetic ruby, vertically flanked by two cushion-shaped diamonds totalling approximately 0.30 carats, to scroll shoulders set with rose-cut diamonds, mounted in gold and platinum, size O, stamped 18CT, gross weight 4 grams

Condition:
Lovely ring, some minor repairs to settings of rose-cut diamonds. Synthetic ruby possibly original to piece, possibly a later replacement, in either case a lovely bright colour, looking good in mount, and a good match for the ring. Overall in good condition.
