Condition:
Pair-cased watch enamel dial chipped, as shown, no doubt because movement is not easily accessible and enamel has been damaged by fingers attempting to open the case; case hallmarked London 1763. As described, pendant hook replaced and evidence clearly visible within; outer case with a hole to one side, approx. 5 x 3mm; replacement nickel strip, approx. 20 x 8mm, clearly seen. Back of case contains repairers’ paper notes, the last 1867. Others fair.
