Overall a mid brown oak colour with slightly lighter gingerish / golden tones to the fall, left side shows separation of the planking as does the right, old patched repair to the top where at some point the lock was forced, interior has pigeon holes, drawers and a well, see additional photographs for details, hinges lifting a little and lock a later replacement, key does not work the lock, breaking around the left loper, damage to the carcass and moulding around it, handles are later but appropriate, plugged holes where different handles have been fitted over the years, top left drawer has a replaced strip of timber running across the base at the front, damage around both escutcheons with patching to the top long drawer and a loose escutcheon to the lower drawer, lower front of the lower drawer has a replacement strip, feet possibly slightly reduced. Overall typically travel worn piece of furniture, the only significant damage being around the left loper and although old the patch near the lock is a little annoying.
