An 18th century Flemish verdure tapestry, woven with a pheasant standing before a grotto and waterfalls bordered with trees and flowers, 7ft 6in. x 5ft 3.5in.

Rather faded in the centre with most colour now reduced to a pale golden tone, separations within the tapestry resulting in splits of varying length between 8 inches down to 1 inch, darker margins in better condition with less signs of separation, one rubbed hole near the lower left corner, backed onto an old hessian backing, please ask for additional photographs if required.
