Both oils on original canvas, both have been cleaned within the past 10 - 20 years and remain in good clean condition, image with cows on a track has a hint of fine but stable craquelure running through the oak trees on the left, no other faults noted, initialled and dated lower left, title inscribed on stretcher along with a wax seal mark that looks like the monogram JMC.
Image with cattle beside lake in equally good condition, no craquelure noted, similarly initialled but dated '75 (Sunbury), the other one being dated '74 (Sevenoaks), similarly marking to stretcher, both in later giltwood frames which are in good condition.
Overall both in very nice clean condition with no sign of any damage or repairs.
