This is probably a desk seal, but the matrix is undecorated, the busts headdress has some slight wear to the patination, otherwise in good condition with the occasional minor scratch to the surface, the ivory silk lining on the interior of the box has slightly torn and the leather is slightly pushed out at the hinges.
