Alexander Jamieson (1873-1937) Sketch of Paris looking towards the Sacré Coeur 5 x 7in., unframed

Alexander Jamieson (1873-1937)
oil on wooden panel
Sketch of Paris looking towards the Sacré Coeur
5 x 7in., unframed
Estimate £200-300

Very much a sketch oil on a bevelled thin wooden artists board which is slightly bowed outwards across the middle, not signed or inscribed to the front and the paint looking a little dirty almost certainly never been touched since it was painted, traces of old paper stuck to the back and a pencil inscription with the name of the artist, not framed or mounted but overall looks to be an honest piece that should restore to good effect.
