Oil on canvas relined probably 30 years ago or so, canvas although stiff has a very slight outward bulge, looks to have been a copy made c.1900 although hard to say for sure but probably not much later than this date perhaps earlier, small areas of fine but stable craquelure in the darker paint, overall fair to good condition, housed in a modern gilt scroll frame with no labels verso.
