The model has no current boiler certificate but there is evidence that it has been fired up in the past on opening the front door to the boiler, the paintwork is in good order which is one of the reasons the vendor did not want to undergo a boiler test. There is occasional minor wear to the paint and minor rust to some of the tools. All mechanical parts appear to be in good order. Coal fired.
