Walnut Tantalus faded but structurally good; silver plating worn, revealing nickel; one plated mount with silver wedding inscription, 1983; working lock mechanism with one key; not Betjeman. Two decanters with internal liquid stains; other decanter and all stoppers good; ; by Royal Brierley, etched marks to undersides.
