The varnish to the top of the violin is dried out and crackled, and opaque in places, this is also the same around the sides and back, there is a section of inlay missing on the back of the join to the neck and there is a repaired hole and split on the left side of the violin in line with the top of one of the S scrolls, the bow is in poor condition with a replacement nut.
