There are two repaired splits to the top, some slight losses to the stringing around the top with some small areas of filler, losses to varnish around the edge, scratching to the back, the varnish looks as though it has possibly been cleaned off, it is very pale, to the back in particular, the head has several splits around the top peg and there is some slight gaps around the join of the neck to the body of the violin.
