A unusual pearlware Ram's head rhyton, early 19th century, modelled after an Ancient Greek rhyton and painted in Pratt-type colours, 17.5cm

The left ear is lacking and there is a loss to the end of the right ear of the ram, there is a large firing crack to the trumpet shaped neck measuring 4cm long, there are a few unglazed patches around the top of the trumpet neck and matt areas to the partial unglazed handle, occasional minor crazing to the glaze otherwise good condition.
