A set of twelve late Victorian Chippendale revival mahogany dining chairs including two carvers, with drop in seats and cabriole legs

Overall these chairs are in good honest condition, all the frames are good and solid and the mahogany is of an even rich dark tone, one carver is ever so slightly lighter in colour but still retaining good rich mahogany finish, drop in seats fabric is tatty and in many cases split and will require replacing although easy to do as the seats are removable, some light scuffing to the lower legs notably the front claw and ball feet commensurate with use but easily repolished, height of seats is 18 inches (46cm).
