A set of twelve 19th century Sheffield plate shaped oval meat dishes, engraved with the Heneage family crest, some of graduating size with shell decorated borders, circa 1830, 39.3cm(4), 43.2cm(4), 53.3cm(1), 56.5cm(1) and largest 63.5cm(1).

All appear to be Sheffield plate. All of the dishes have heavily scratched surfaces, some worse than others (larger ones in particular). Most have visible wear to the plating mainly to the underside but some to the top also. Two of the smaller dishes have a few bumps/dents.
In general all are in very used condition.
