A set of three William IV silver butter shells by Matthew Boulton, on three conch shell feet, (two with small repairs), Birmingham, 1830, 6in, 17.5 oz.

Two of the butter shells have a repair to one of the triangular motifs to the side of the shell scroll. Each of them have been repaired where it joins the body. Overall condition is otherwise good with clear hallmarks although one shell has some rubbing to the marks.
