A sapphire and diamond slide/pendant, 19th century, of cluster design, centring on a circular-cut sapphire weighing approximately 1.50 carats, within a border of cushion-shaped diamonds totalling approximately 1.10 carats, mounted in gold, to a black fabric strap bracelet with a rolled gold clasp, cluster 1.5cm diameter, retractable pendant hoop

Condition:
Lovely cornflower blue sapphire with typical minor inclusions visible under magnification, measuring approximately 7.3 x 7.3 x 4.3mm, calculated weight approximately 1.50 carats (very approximate), chipping to girdle but still very attractive. Diamonds bright and lively, characterful old mine cuts. Fabric strap and clasp in good condition. Overall pretty and in good, wearable condition.
