A ruby bead, onyx, rock crystal and pearl necklace, designed in the Art Deco style, as a long strand of ruby beads measuring 6.2-8.0mm, spaced by pearls between sequences of rock crystal and onyx rondelles, length 96cm, pearls untested

Condition:
In good condition - certainly Art Deco in style, possibly early 20th century in date, but not possible to rule out more modern manufacture. Rubies pink, opaque, typical inclusions, some surface-reaching, some surface wear. Pearls untested, mixed, some baroque shapes, all a silvery body colour with good lustre, some surface imperfections but pretty overall. Rondelles in good condition, some minor wear. Nicely strung, in good condition, gross weight 71 grams.
